At Oneday Journals we are here to help create a positive shopping experience for you. Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions.
ORDER & PAYMENT
We use PayPal & Stripe as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, American Express are all accepted payment methods. Just select your payment method at checkout.
We are happy to offer Afterpay in our store. Afterpay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into four equal bi-weekly, interest free instalment payments.
You can shop with confidence with our 100% secure checkout, the safest most secure SSL certification in the world. Your card information is not stored on our systems, and remains the private property of the card holder at all times. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which is used by millions of online shoppers daily and is heavily encrypted by third party payment processors.
Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of your order. Please email hello@onedayjournals.com and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. We have a currency converter on the site for your convenience – just enter your country and the price in your currency will show automatically on the website. Click ‘add to cart’ and checkout as normal.
AUSTRALIA
- Standard (2 to 8 business days): $6.60 USD for each journal
- Express (1 to 4 business days): $9.70 USD for each journal
- Standard (2 to 8 business days): FREE SHIPPING orders over $100 USD
INTERNATIONAL
- Standard (8 to 21 business days): $14 USD for each journal
- Express: Unfortunately Express Post deliveries are not available at this time.
Our non-customised Golf Journal Collection orders take 2-3 business days to process and are shipped to you by Australia Post or courier. Corporate and customized order shipping times will be calculated once we know your requirements and destination. Leave your details on our corporate page and we’ll get back to you.
Once you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that the order has been processed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details and a link to be able to track our order from our warehouse to your destination. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but be assured your order is on its way!
If your order was damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement. Send us a photo of your product along with your shipping details and we will send you a replacement journal. Please use the hello@onedayjournals.com email.
If you received the wrong order, please send us a message at hello@onedayjournals.com and we’ll get the correct one out to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Email hello@onedayjournals.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.
IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
International orders may incur duties, fees or import taxes depending on the country and the level of imported duty-free goods. These costs are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government agency. Any import duty or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Oneday Journals does not add these taxes to your order, nor does it collect taxes for any international orders.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and delivery staff shortages, we are seeing occasional delays across all couriers and postal services from time to time. Please bear in mind when placing your order or for corporate gifting and customization. Thank you for your patience, we are doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
